Community Liason-NACS

The Liaison is responsible for collaborating with community agencies and resources to directly advocate for at-risk children and families in order to facilitate critical needs assessments, prevention, and progress monitoring services for referral families.



Teaching Family Mentor/Trainer

Provide on-the-job training which includes modeling, mentoring, and coaching new, experienced, and part time Teaching Specialists in the Teaching Family Model as trained in the pre-service workshop. Assists with pre-service and advanced training workshops; Family Teacher evaluations; Site Development activities, and assist as a Lead Teaching Specialist during Teaching Specialist turnover or extended personal leave when necessary.Assist in assuring that all Children 's Bureau Family Specialists adhere to, and receive training and development in compliance with the Indiana Administrative Code, Teaching Family Association, and IARCCA regulations, outcome standards, and other applicable laws/regulations.

Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing and directing nursing services and is experienced in nursing with an emphasis on child and adolescent needs. The RN will be responsible for teaching sound health education to youth placed in the residential facilities while supporting the Teaching Family Model in order to promote positive behavior change.
