Case Manager Foster Care

The Foster Care Case Manager 's primary responsibilities are to monitor foster homes and foster children in placement. The FC Case Manager completes home visits, provides support to foster families and children, participates in treatment teams, attends school meetings and Child and Family Team Meetings, and attends court as required.

Youth Care Specialist

Children 's Bureau is seeking part-time Youth Care Specilaists for all shifts. YCS are responsible for the supervision of children ages birth up to 17 yrs. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing daily schedules, activities, educational program, and responsiveness to program needs and for the safety of the children in the Children's Shelter program. Case Manager - Forever Fathers Program

Serve as a case manager in Marion County, Region 10. The case manager will provide home based case management services focusing on employment, job readiness and connection to community resources and partners for fathers and their family who are not involved in the Child Welfare system. Duties include working individually and in groups with engaged fathers, their children and other supportive family members. Additional work includes coordinating community supports, events and partnerships with identified providers and other community leaders.

Community Liaison - Region 11

The Community Partners for Child Safety Program is a free and voluntary program for families with minor children. The Community Partners program is a home based program that offers case management services by a Liaison who will assist families in developing and meeting specific family centered goals. The liaison will help families discover and connect with local community supports and services, can provide crisis assistance as needed, be an advocate and support for the family. Families can self refer, referrals can be made by anyone who is wanting to help the family with meeting a need; schools, churches, community agencies and other service providers. Due to the nature of CPCS, job responsibilities are subject to change. Employees must be able to adapt to new procedures as introduced and be flexible with their schedule to meet the needs of their families.

The Supervised Visitation Program helps children have a safe environment to visit parents. It gives parents an opportunity to visit their children after the children have been remove from the home typically due to abuse or neglect in the home. Supervised visits are a step towards reunification when possible. We are seeking a self motivated, outgoing, organized and disciplined individual with proven experience and ability to respond appropriately to the diversity of our client population. Parenting Time Specialist will provide supervision, direction and documentation of visitation. Some interaction with DCS Case Managers and the courts.



Childcare Voucher Administrative Assistant/Voucher Specialist

The Childcare Voucher Administrative Assistant is a specialized Customer Service Representative responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, responding to messages within a 24 hour time period, completing provider changes, and completing weekly intake stat reports. This position works closely with daycare providers in answering client questions. This position also works as a Childcare Voucher Specialist in Outer Counties as well as provides back up for Marion County.
