Program Director Community Partners for Child Safety Region 11

The Program Director for Community Partners for Child Safety will be located in our Noblesville and Greenfield offices and serve Hancock, Hamilton, Madison and Tipton counties which make up Region 11. The Director will concentrate on training, supervision and support of a Community Liaisons (Case Managers), a Parent Partner and facilitate an Advisory Committee in the 4 county region. Additionally, this position will supervise our Father Engagement program serving fathers with children in the child welfare system. This position requires travel within the region and services to clients and coordinating resources within each community. This position also markets the program, develops and maintains relationships with local county agencies and resources and carries an active caseload serving clients.



Case Manager Foster Care

The Foster Care Case Manager 's primary responsibilities are to monitor foster homes and foster children in placement. The FC Case Manager completes home visits, provides support to foster families and children, participates in treatment teams, attends school meetings and Child and Family Team Meetings, and attends court as required.



Youth Care Specialist

YCS are responsible for the supervision of children ages birth up to 17 yrs. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing daily schedules, activities, educational program, and responsiveness to program needs and for the safety of the children in the Children's Shelter program. Self motivated, outgoing, organized, and disciplined individual with experience and ability to respond appropriately to the diversity of our client population.



Case Manager Post Adoption (Region 9: Boone, Hendricks, Morgan, Putnam, Montgomery Counties)

Parenting Time Specialist - Noblesville

Promising Futures, a Division of the Children 's Bureau, is seeking part time individuals to facilitate visits and exchanges between adult clients and their children. The visits will occur at the Family Access Center in Noblesville, the Tipton office, in the family 's home in Hamilton or Tipton Counties, or in the community in Hamilton or Tipton Counties. The Visitation and Exchange Facilitators will be responsible for supervising visits and exchanges, completing required paperwork, managing schedules and reporting on program outcomes. The approximately 10-20 hour per week positions will require weekday afternoon and evening work and some work on Saturdays.



Parenting Time Specialist Supervised Visitation Program - Anderson

The Supervised Visitation Program helps children have a safe environment to visit parents. It gives parents an opportunity to visit their children after the children have been remove from the home typically due to abuse or neglect in the home. Supervised visits are a step towards reunification when possible. We are seeking a self motivated, outgoing, organized and disciplined individual with proven experience and ability to respond appropriately to the diversity of our client population. Parenting Time Specialist will provide supervision, direction and documentation of visitation. Some interaction with DCS Case Managers and the courts.
