Youth Care Specialist- 2nd Shift

Children 's Bureau is seeking a Full-time Youth Care Specialist for 2nd Shift. YCS are responsible for the supervision of children ages birth up to 17 yrs. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing daily schedules, activities, educational program, and responsiveness to program needs and for the safety of the children in the Children's Shelter program. Self motivated, outgoing, organized, and disciplined individual with experience and ability to respond appropriately to the diversity of our client population is essential.



File Clerk Specialist

The Childcare File Clerk Specialist will be responsible for scanning and maintaining all files within the CCDF Program. The Childcare File Clerk will file all client sequences and any changes made to client files. This person must have the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when filing and sorting.



Childcare Voucher Specialist (Bi-lingual Preferred)/Floater Position

The Childcare Voucher Specialist is a specialized Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting community residents in obtaining childcare for employment related activities. The Childcare Voucher Specialist accomplishes this by meeting individually with customers applying for childcare assistance and collects necessary customer information for determining their eligibility.



Case Manager- Fatherhood Engagement Program

Serve as a case manager in Marion County, Region 10. The case manager will provide home based case management services focusing on employment, job readiness and connection to community resources and partners for fathers and their family who are not involved in the Child Welfare system. Duties include working individually and in groups with engaged fathers, their children and other supportive family members. Additional work includes coordinating community supports, events and partnerships with identified providers and other community leaders
