Case Manager - Crisis Services

The case manager will work with families who are at risk of child maltreatment. These families are identified via self, community, or Child Protective Services referrals, or families who use the Children 's Shelter. Primarily, the case manager will provide the following services to clients: community connection, crisis related resources, and general resource referral. This position will provide a mix of both shelter based and home based services.

Case Manager- Fatherhood Engagement Program

Serve as a case manager in Region 9. The case manager will provide home based case management services focusing on employment, job readiness and connection to community resources and partners for fathers and their family who are not involved in the Child Welfare system. Duties include working individually and in groups with engaged fathers, their children and other supportive family members. Additional work includes coordinating community supports, events and partnerships with identified providers and other community leaders

Community Liason-NACS

The Liaison is responsible for collaborating with community agencies and resources to directly advocate for at-risk children and families in order to facilitate critical needs assessments, prevention, and progress monitoring services for referral families.

Parenting Time Specialist Supervised Visitation Program

This is a part-time position requiring evening hours and possible Saturdays. The services will be provided to Madison County parents and children. The Supervised Visitation Program helps children have a safe environment to visit parents. It gives parents an opportunity to visit their children after the children have been remove from the home typically due to abuse or neglect in the home. Supervised visits are a step towards reunification when possible. We are seeking a self motivated, outgoing, organized and disciplined individual with proven experience and ability to respond appropriately to the diversity of our client population. Parenting Time Specialist will provide supervision, direction and documentation of visitation. Some interaction with DCS Case Managers and the courts.
