The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the organization of the office, filing, record keeping, and for answering and directing all incoming calls to the proper employee. He/She resolves all inquiries as it relates to the agency. The Administrative Assistant greets all incoming clients and maintains the reception and meeting room areas. It is the responsibility of this employee to order office supplies, food when applicable and maintain office conference room reservations.

This is a full-time position, providing home-based case management services to at risk families and youth involved with the Department of Child Services due to abuse and neglect issues, or with Juvenile Probation due to delinquency issues with the goal of prevention and/or reunification of the family unit.

The Children 's Shelter is a 24 hr./7 wk. client service program. As our successful Children 's Shelter Director you would provide program leadership and oversight to ensure positive client outcomes and effective fiscal performance. Once implemented, the Director will also be responsible for overseeing the unique and innovative Teaching Family Model as it is delivered to clients. This oversight includes training, direct consultation, and certification evaluations for all Children 's Shelter staff.

The Community Partners for Child Safety Program is a free and voluntary program for families with minor children. The Community Partners program is a home based program that offers case management services by a Liaison who will assist families in developing and meeting specific family centered goals. The liaison will help families discover and connect with local community supports and services, can provide assistance as needed, be an advocate and support for the family. Families can self refer, referrals can be made by anyone who is wanting to help the family with meeting a need; schools, churches, community agencies and other service providers. Due to the nature of CPCS, job responsibilities are subject to change. Employees must be able to adapt to new procedures as introduced and be flexible with their schedule to meet the needs of their families.

The Take TIME for Kids! training program offers Trauma Informed Care trainings for child welfare professionals throughout the state of Indiana. The training coordinator is responsible for all logistics of the trainings, including scheduling, event registration, communication with registrants, and catering arrangements.This is a part time position with flexible hours, averaging 10-15 hours per week as assigned. The individual would need to be available to handle calls and logistical arrangements as trainings are occurring.

Children 's Bureau is seeking an experienced professional to join its development team as a grant writer. The individual selected will identify, define, and develop funding sources to support existing and planned program activities as well as coordinate the development, writing, and submission of grant proposals. The position is also responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on the performance of program activities that are funded by public and private sources.

This Part-time/Casual position will work approximately 10 hours. These hours are not guaranteed. The services will be provided to Marion County parents and children. The Supervised Visitation Program helps children have a safe environment to visit parents. It gives parents an opportunity to visit their children after the children have been remove from the home typically due to abuse or neglect in the home. Supervised visits are a step towards reunification when possible. We are seeking a self-motivated, outgoing, organized and disciplined individual with proven experience and ability to respond appropriately to the diversity of our client population.
