Children Our Best Investment is an advocacy event designed to help
Indiana residents learn how they can assist their elected officials
make better decisions about important child and family issues.
2010 will be the 12th year that youth advocates and youth from all over
Indiana have united to lift their voices for our most valuable citizens...
...children!

This year's highlights include:
|
- Presentation from Youth as Resources of Central Indiana,
a youth development program that challenges youth to
identify community needs and design projects that use their
skills, creativity, and energy to help others in the community.
- Advocacy video presentation by Youth Advocates and Youth Partners
at Shortridge Magnet High School for Law & Public Policy.
- Three break-out sessions focusing on issues that impact the
lives of youth on a daily basis by exploring current
legislation and facilitating dialog.
- The opportunity to meet with your legislators to speak with
them about issues impacting youth.
