Purpose/Scope:
The Community Partners for Child Safety Program Community Liaisons work with families who are at risk of child maltreatment. These families are identified via self, community, County Child Protective Services referrals. Primarily, Liaisons will provide the following services to clients: community connection, crisis related resources, services are home based, and general resource referral. Due to the nature of CPCS, job responsibilities are subject to change. Employees must be able to adapt to new procedures as introduced.

Essential Duties:
* Provide Homebased services and resource connection to at-risk families residing in the targeted Community/County. * Develop and maintain familiarity with community resources. * Develop and maintain relationships with social workers and agencies serving families. * Complete required documentation in timely manner. * Provide transportation to families as needed. * Work with the school system and various institutions related to the family. * Attend required meetings, including Children’s Bureau in-services. * Be available for intervention outside of normal work day/week. * Assist families in making and obtain goals. * Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by the immediate supervisor. * It is understood that each employee follows and adheres to the professional standards as outlined by your perspective professional degree or license.

Qualifications/Skills:
* Bachelors Degree in a human service related field. * Minimum of 2 years experiences in with child/families. * Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * At least 21 years of age. * Trained in child development. * Knowledge of community resource services and program. * Knowledge in areas of abuse/neglect. * Demonstrate an ability to handle any situation that arises during visitations. * Experience in empowering families, setting goals for clients, and assisting them in the process to change required. * Experience/ability to respond appropriately to culture differences in the community, staff, and clients is required.

CCDF Assistant Director

Purpose/Scope:
The CCDF Assistant Director is a specialized Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting community residents in obtaining childcare for employment related activities. The Assistant Director will be responsible for over-sight and daily operations of the CCDF Voucher Specialists for Hendricks and Marion Counties, training and supervision of new staff, and appeals for all counties.

Essential Duties:
1. Greeting all clients in a friendly and respectful manner. 2. Supervising daily operations at the CCDF Program sites as requested, which may involve travel. 3. Direct supervision of approximately 6-8 CCDF Specialists. 4. Upholding the policies and procedures of Children's Bureau and the CCDF Program. 5. Performing Quality Assurance duties for active families in Marion and Hendricks (see QA description) Counties. 6. Act as a customer service contact for clients and providers in Marion and Hendricks Counties. 7. Completing client intakes for Childcare Voucher Program as necessary. 8. Assisting in maintaining the client waiting list. 9. Recruit/hire/train CCDF Voucher Specialists as openings occur. 10. Work with other CCDF Program site locations in an integrated support team to effectively identify and connect clients with appropriate resources. 11. Respond to and maintain files for all appeals received for Hendricks, Marion, Hamilton and Madison Counties.

Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field required. • Bilingual skills preferred. • Two years previous experience (paid, volunteer and/or internships) in greeting and interviewing customers in a service setting. • Experience in working with a diverse population. . Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Essential Duties:
The Youth Care Specialists are responsible for direct supervision of residents, facilitating group activities and coordinating outings. Other responsibilities include: completing required documentation, implementation of treatment plans, responding to crisis situations and following daily schedules and activities, including transportation as necessary.

Qualifications/Skills:

Childcare Voucher Specialist

Purpose/Scope:
The Childcare Voucher Specialist is a specialized Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting community residents in obtaining childcare for employment related activities. The Childcare Voucher Specialist accomplishes this by meeting individually with customers applying for childcare assistance and collects necessary customer information for determining their eligibility.

Essential Duties:
1. Greeting all customers in a friendly and respectful manner. 2. Interviewing childcare applicants in order to collect necessary information for assistance. 3. Providing applicant with an orientation to the program including rights, responsibilities and obligations. 4. Completing intakes for Childcare Voucher Program, obtain required documentation and calculate relevant financial data, including parents’ co-pay and subsidy levels. 5. Obtaining and maintaining accurate and orderly records on parents receiving voucher. 6. Assisting eligible applicant in selecting an appropriate provider if requested. 7. Assisting in maintaining the waiting list if applicable. 8. Preparing, scheduling, and mailing recertification reminder letters as needed. 9. Identifying children with special needs and ensuring appropriate assistance is provided or obtained. 10. Monitoring progress of parents in the job search process. 11. Working with other site locations in an integrated support team to effectively identify and connect client with appropriate resources. 12. Returning phone calls from parents and child care providers.

Qualifications/Skills:

File Clerk Specialist

The Childcare File Clerk Specialist will be responsible for maintaining all files within the CCDF Program. The Childcare File Clerk will file all client sequences and any changes made to client files. This person must have the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when filing and sorting.

Essential Duties:
1. Maintain all files in alpha order for Hamilton, Hendricks, Madison and Marion County clients. This would include locating and maintaining all sequences for each client. May include other tasks around state requirements for maintenance of client files. 2. File all sequences in client files. 3. File all provider changes, report of change forms, and any other information pertinent to the client files 4. Pull all files during monitoring of files. 5. Provide assistance with files during review for fraud and repayments. 6. Provide back up assistance for the Scheduling Hotline Worker, Quality Assurance Specialist, Receptionist and File Specialist 7. Completing intakes for Childcare Voucher Program during open enrollments. 8. Any other duties deemed necessary by the supervisor

Qualifications/Skills:
