Event Fact Sheet

The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.
-Vince Lombardi

Playbook: Teams are divided into four "Regions" within the Football Center competing within that Regions bracket. The tournament is held in double-elimination form, guaranteeing every team the opportunity to compete in at least two rounds. The overall winners in each Bracket will compete in the final four for the overall championship. Teams are both asked the same question and after 10 seconds each team is asked to reveal their answer. There are 20-30 questions asked in each round. If the score is tied after the round of questioning, there will be a "sudden death" playoff. The first team to answer incorrectly will lose the round. The winning team moves on to the next level in their bracket - the losing team goes into the "losers bracket". If the losing team experiences another loss, they are eliminated from competition.

Play by Play: Greg Rakestraw XL950

Referees: Former Colts players, local TV and radio celebs will deliver the questions throughout the evening

Half time: Great food and drink will be provided to keep contestants energized throughout the evening. When not competing, contestants can play ping-pong, fuse ball, video games or participate in the other entertaining activities. A scaled to fit basketball court will be available for guests to test their foul shot skills. A silent auction will be available for participants to bid on great packages featuring awesome sports items.

Overtime: Your support will ensure that children and families of Indianapolis and surrounding areas will continuously have available to them the services and programs they need to lead happy and successful lives.
