SUMMARY:Bidder's Conference Prevention Funding - Region 7
DESCRIPTION:We value our partnerships\nChildren’s Bureau will be hosting a Bidder’s Conference for Prevention Dollars in Region 7 on March 9th\, 2018 immediately following RSC at the Delaware County DCS building. \nPlease attend the Bidders Conference to receive information and guidelines on how to complete a letter of intent; what is needed to apply; and to receive information on background checks\, payment process\, and invoices. If you plan to apply for funding\, attendance at the Bidder’s Conference would be advisable. Children’s Bureau will be accepting Letters of Intent for Region 7 providers that wish to apply for funding to provide services that address the prevention of child abuse and neglect. \nLetters of Intent will be accepted from March 9th 2018 through April 13th at 5pm. These letters of intent are for those agencies or individuals applying for prevention grants in Region 07 for the 2018-2019 grant year beginning 7-1-18. All letters of intent should be submitted electronically to all three of the following: \nDenise Lovelace\, Director at dlovelace@childrensbureau.org\nJill Kelly\, VP of Community Based Services\, jkelly@childrensbureau.org\nKelly Broyles\, Regional Manager\, Kelly.broyles@dcs.in.gov. \nAll letters of intent are due by 5pm on April 13th\, and the decision will be announced at RSC on June 7th.
