Bidder’s Conference Prevention Funding – Region 11

Please attend the Bidders Conference to receive information and guidelines on how to complete a letter of intent; what is needed to apply; and to receive information on background checks, payment process, and invoices. If you plan to apply for funding, attendance at the Bidder’s Conference would be advisable.

Children’s Bureau will be hosting an Informational Meeting Friday, April 13th, 2018 at 10:00 am at the Hamilton County DCS office. Please attend this meeting to learn more about the services needed and the process for applying for funding. We will discuss the areas of need for the Region, and the categories for which letters of intent will be accepted.

Letters of Intent will be accepted from April 13th, 2018 through May 11th, 2018 at 5pm. These letters of intent are for those agencies or individuals applying for prevention grants in Region 11 for the 2018-2019 grant year beginning 7-1-18. All letters of intent should be submitted electronically to all three of the following:
